We are a family-owned real estate investment company specializing in the acquisition of vacant land, single family houses and various other types of real estate. Our mission is to relieve real estate owners from the burden of their unwanted property.
What will you be doing with my property? Are you going to be keeping the land or use it for some other purpose?
We search for land (and homes) that meet our investment criteria. Our primary goal is to find a new owner for every property we purchase. Depending on the holding costs and potential uses of each property, we may decide to hold the real estate for long-term investment purposes or find a new owner within the fiscal year.
What exactly is the Land Companion looking for?
We will consider properties of any size, in any condition and in any location. If you have land in the desert, on the mountain side, ocean front or in the middle of the city, tell us about it! We will make an offer on any parcel you own.
In fact, we’ll even give you an offer on a house, condo, apartment building, commercial or industrial property. We work with many people in the real estate industry. If you don’t want it, we can find someone who does.
How quickly can you evaluate my property and make me an offer?
All website submissions are monitored daily by our team. You can expect a written offer in the mail within 1 – 2 business days.
I submitted my offer a few weeks ago and I haven’t heard anything back – what’s the deal?
We respond to every inquiry. Something may have gone wrong with your submission and did not receive it. Please provide your information to us again.
Is there a cost for your services?
No. There is no cost or obligation to you in order to request an offer for your property.
What are the benefits of submitting my property information on this website?

If I choose to sell, how much can I expect to pay in closing costs?
Nothing! As an incentive for working with us, we are willing to pay for 100% of your closing costs on the transaction. When you sell a property, you are normally responsible for paying realtor commissions, title work, appraisal fees, property taxes, recording fees, etc… If you work with us, we will pay ALL of these costs for you and put money in your pocket. The offer we agree upon is the amount the check will be.
